• Are suited to the tasks that are to be undertaken; 
• Have been thoroughly interviewed and reference checked; 
• Have supplied us with copies of licenses, certificate and identification; 
• Have undergone a comprehensive Health & Safety Briefing; 
• Have been issued with Personal Protective Equipment if the job requires it; 
• Have been well briefed about the task they are expected to accomplish; 
• If our staff cannot fulfill the criteria set out above, then we will not supply them to you, Devonwood continue to set high standards matched only by our customer’s expectations.
